Why Your Support Matters
When Norma arrived at Bridge to Home in July of this year, she was scared and unsure of what to expect. But almost immediately, she felt cared for and supported, describing the shelter as a place where she finally felt at peace. With encouragement from her case manager, Norma found a job and is preparing to move into her own home by the end of the year. Along the way, she met her partner, Raul, and discovered a renewed sense of confidence and purpose. Norma says Bridge to Home isn’t just a place to stay, it’s a bridge to something better. She plans to return as a volunteer to help others find the same hope and stability she did.
